AISGE/BUSINESS AREA/STRUCTURE



AISGE’s Business Area is organised in four departments that undertake the following tasks.


User Support Service

This is a specialised, efficient, and agile Service, whose purpose is to answer and resolve queries, claims, and complaints raised by users of AISGE’s repertoire, through personalised support. USER SUPPORT SERVICE REGULATION


Business Development

Development of collection strategies by analysing the market in the different sectors of users of AISGE’s repertoire. Preparation and commissioning of economic and market reports. Development and innovation of technology and collection processes.


Negotiating and signing general agreements with users associations of AISGE’s repertoire that are representative of the corresponding sector, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 165 of the TRLPI.


Negotiating and regularising the payment of rights by Broadcasters, Pay TV Operators, Non-Pay and Pay Online TV Operators, Audiovisual, Audiobooks and/or Podcasts Online Platforms,and users in Open Spaces, such as Movie Theatres, Establishments Open to the Public, and in the Transport Sector, etc.


Developing workflows and processes for the management of files.


Identifying new users, verification and proof of use of AISGE’s repertoire, as well as contacting them in order to regularise in an amicable manner the payment of rights in the aforementioned sectors.


Coordinating with the Digital One-Stop Shop (VUD by its acronym in Spanish) the management of the payment of Equitable Remuneration for Private Copying.

Control and reconciliation of payments received


Management of outstanding invoices files

Pre-court and court actions for regularising new users and collecting outstanding invoices
